The Sun Lakes Garden Club membership has a love of gardening, growing fresh vegetables, and flowers. We offer insight into gardening in a desert environment; social and philanthropic activities; and good company with other members.
The Sun Lakes Garden Club acquaints members with gardening techniques in our local environment and enjoying the company of other members. Each month we host various presenters, including Master Gardeners, landscaping specialists, organic gardeners, water conservation specialists, photographers, gardening safety presenters, and wildlife specialists.
We hope you learn a lot about gardening in our beautiful, unique desert environment, while enjoying the company of other Valley gardeners. We also go on interesting and informative field trips and enjoy social events together. Membership is open to all.
From the President:
“Our purpose is to promote a fun and educational club where members can learn all of the facets of horticulture, through field trips, expert speakers and learning from each other while building friendships. Our club is independent and not under any Federation of Garden Club’s rules or regulations. Our club meets in Sun Lakes on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, ALL YEAR and members from any town and any level of experience are welcome!”
